When shopping at the Eve & Me webshop, you accept our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Eve & Me reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the most recent update can be found in the last section of the terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping up to date with such changes.

Product Returns

When shopping at Eve & Me, you have a 14-day return policy.

If you wish to return a mat, it must be in its original packaging so that it can be resold as new, in order for us to process the return. This means the cardboard tape should still be around the mat, and the mat should be returned in the rectangular box it came in.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over 449 DKK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please send us an email at hello@everleighandme.dk.

Privacy Policy

All personal information stored on the website is handled with the utmost care. The information we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring you receive the best possible service. It will only be used to inform you of special offers and other marketing activities related to the different products. When signing up for the website, you have the option not to receive information from Eve & Me. If you wish to stop receiving information from Eve & Me, you can make changes to your account settings or send an email to hello@everleighandme.dk. Please include your name, email address, and a brief description of the issue in the email.

You have the right at any time to know what information is stored about you in our system. This information can be sent to you upon request by sending an email to hello@everleighandme.dk. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Eve & Me reserves the right to place a hold on any order if we suspect that additional security checks are needed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Placing an Order and Order Confirmation

Placing an order via https://everleighandme.com/ does not constitute a binding agreement. Once an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email. The order confirmation should be considered as information about which products have been ordered and is not legally binding. It is merely an electronically generated receipt for the order. The agreement is only final once Eve & Me dispatches the products ordered through the webshop.

We encrypt all credit card information using SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). Neither our company nor others will be able to read or retrieve your data. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. We accept card payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro, Eurocard, MasterCard, and American Express.

All prices include Danish 25% VAT. Local taxes (VAT, customs) may apply depending on your region and local customs. These fees are at the customer’s expense.
